Social Work Institutions To Participate In The Port-type International Community Governance Path Study

With the continuous improvement of China's infrastructure and the modernization of community governance,more and more foreigners choose to settle down,work and study in China.In simple terms,we refer to the communities where expatriates live as international communities.There are many types of international communities,among which the port-type international community represented by Shenzhen has received extensive attention for its prominent geographical location and significant development.Port was an important symbol of China's early external image and national sovereignty,although it,in the modern sense,kept its ancient role as a customs barrier,(the modern sense of it still a role as the ancient border "level" function,)its main function was to develop international trade and exchanges to promote world peace.Paying attention to port-type community governance is the trend of our country and the basic manifestation of the modernization of social governance.The thesis mainly uses qualitative research,taking social work institution participated in port-type international community governance as an example,participating in social work institutions internship,collecting and organizing data,classifying the research status quo of international communities by using literature research methods,and summarizing and promoting the path of participation of social work institutions in community governance through participatory observation and semi-structural visit in S neighborhood,and exploring the feasible path for social work institutions to participate in international community social governance.Through this research and studies,we have the following conclusions: Through field research,it is shown that social work institutions should take professional advantages,demand-oriented service as the main way,community-based,communityoriented service-oriented community governance as the main content,party building as the core innovative community governance service model,enhance capacity,build social work institutions service platform,build a multilingual social work personnel of foreign-related professionals,through multi-cultural integration theory.Awareness enhancement creates an international community atmosphere,attaches importance to the research and experience summary of international community,and promotes the construction of international community.
