| In 2020,the country’s investment in vocational education is 61.1 billion yuan more than in 2019,with a growth rate of more than 10%.In the post-epidemic era,vocational education-based non-academic education is developing well due to the reduction of social employment positions and the impact of economic depression,and the number of applicants for vocational qualification examinations has increased significantly.In today’s society,many people cannot find jobs in the labor market because they do not have skills,and many companies are also troubled by the lack of talents.Vocational education can solve this social phenomenon of mismatch between supply and demand.Vocational education provides job skills training for all kinds of talents,so that they can meet the job requirements and obtain corresponding certificates.Therefore,the country’s vigorous development of vocational education is an effective measure to solve the high unemployment rate and the mismatch between supply and demand in the labor market.Even if the vocational education industry has strong support from the state,there are still chaos such as inadequate market supervision and uneven service quality provided by enterprises.In this big environment,HBTQ education needs to take advantage of opportunities,overcome threats,give play to advantages and avoid disadvantages in order to adapt to the development of the vocational education industry.In the past 6 years,HBTQ education has achieved rapid development with high-quality training effects and unique educational service model,occupying an important position in the pre-examination tutoring market for first-class construction engineers in Guangxi.This article will deeply analyze the company-level strategy and business-level strategy that HBTQ education is suitable for when dealing with the fierce competition in the market segment,as well as the safeguard measures for its implementation.The research on the strategic planning of HBTQ education has very important reference value and practical significance.This paper comprehensively uses the company’s internal structure environment,SWOT analysis method,Porter’s five forces model,centralization strategy,differentiation strategy and other related principles.Through the comprehensive analysis of HBTQ education,it is found that it has a good external policy and social environment,which is conducive to the long-term development of the enterprise.However,the external economic environment is relatively bad due to the impact of the epidemic.In the future,HBTQ education needs to be careful to deal with fluctuations in the domestic economic trend.From the perspective of the industrial environment,the first-level construction engineer pre-examination counseling industry where HBTQ Education is located has low barriers to entry and many potential competitors.But at present HBTQ education is in a monopoly position in the segmented market,and the industrial environment is relatively mild.At the same time,HBTQ education has internal teachers,brands and channel resources,but lacks financial resources.The marketing capabilities and R&D capabilities of HBTQ education are also higher than other market players.According to the conclusions of internal and external environment analysis and SWOT strategic positioning,this paper formulates a differentiated strategy for HBTQ education,and formulates corresponding strategic safeguard measures. |
