"Outlines of National education reform and development of long-term planning programs (2010-2020)"points out that’Insisting on people-orientation, full implementation of quality education is the strategic theme of education reform and development, the core of which is to solve the essential problem of what kind people to cultivate and how to cultivate them, the focus is for all students, and promote overall development of students.’The "Outlines" indicates that we need to ’insist on the priority of moral education’,’permeate morality into every single step of education and every aspect of school, family as well as social education’, and to cultivate them to become qualified constructor and successor of Socialism. However, the current problems of the educational aims, contents as well as methods, which exist in the college moral education, have resulted in the inefficiencies of morality. This has become the bottleneck of the development of college morality.The article is divided into five sections. First of all, it will briefly introduce the background of the topic-picking, the research status of life morality at home and abroad as well as the writing clues and distinguishing features of the article. Furthermore, the article will illustrate the definition of life morality and college moral education, including its inner meaning. The third section focuses on analyzing the current issues and its causes existing in our country’s college moral education. The fourth section emphatically illustrates the necessity of implementing the life morality in colleges, analyzing the problems and causes when implementing, and further lists available attempts. The last section starts with implemental principles and problems that should be paid attention to when apply the life morality into college moral education, systematically analyzing measures to reinforce college moral education by adopting life morality, which includes mainly six aspects:first, to formulate a life moral goal that fits into the social reality; second, to understand correctly the education object position in the education process; third, to design a morality education carrier that is close to the real life; fourth, to establish a reasonable morality education appraisal system; fifth, to apply various morality methods with flexibility; sixth, to prioritize life morality environment.
