During this century, the knowledge economy will occupy a leading position. In the era ofknowledge economy, human capital will become the most important capital. It will be in theeconomic of the country or region, social and even the whole development will play adecisive role. Naturally, education, human capital formation process in the research is animportant part of graduate education is very important. The quality of graduate student in thepostgraduate education process cultivates directly affects and is deciding a national or area theheight of overall human capital quality. From a long-term point of view, national graduatework carried out on China’s economic, social, cultural and other important areas will producea strong boost. Studies graduate education quality topic, regarding realizing the sustained andrapid development of our country postgraduate education, to promote the unceasingpromotion and sustainable development of our country graduate student training quality, aswell as promotes our country creational country construction process to have the importanttheory and practical significance effectively.The paper combined with practical work of graduate students in our country, and focus onthe issue of the cultivation quality evaluation of graduate students. On the basic of Reviewand Analysis on the domestic and foreign theories and research results related to this paper, inview of the graduate education present situations of various graduate education units, usinganalytic hierarchy-fuzzy quality synthetic evaluation method carries on the analysis andevaluation to the graduate education quality. The purpose is to lay the foundation for astrategic goal for realize the comprehensive coordinated development of higher education inChina, and can provide a basis for cultivating units work for the education department incharge of science evaluation research. At the same time, can also for the University, Instituteof postgraduate training to strengthen the graduate students according to the training work.The paper analyzed the characteristics of the quality of graduate education on the basis ofdefining the concept of quality of graduate education. And study the various factors affectingthe quality of graduate education from the perspective of the internal and external.Subsequently, Papers based on a combination of scientific principles and guiding principles ofintegrated indicators, general principles and priorities combined principles of constructingscientific and effective quality evaluation index system of postgraduate training, and has conducted research to the assessment method. Finally, using analytic hierarchy-fuzzy qualitysynthetic evaluation method conducts the empirical study to the H university graduateeducation quality. And analyzes the problem that in the graduate education process had,proposed enhances the countermeasure proposal of graduate education quality.
