In recent years, as the continuous progress in the building of society with legal system, the requirement of the quality of political science and law professional has been improved continually, and also a higher vocational education in social science and law. To improve the educational level of vocational education in social science and law, and promote quality education, we need to establish a corresponding comprehensive quality evaluation system to the political and legal professional. While currently the evaluation system is still relatively rare in the field of this vocational education. This paper is based on the Vocational College of political social science and law teaching experience, by analyzing of the comprehensive quality indicators of the political and legal professional and consultations with expert advice, the evaluation of multi-level structure is determined. By using Fuzzy mathematics theory and methods, and combined with AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. in the period, T-standard score was imported, the students'grade on professional courses was changed into T-standard scores, so the test scores became the part of comprehensive quality evaluation system. Model on the comprehensive Quality Assessment to political social science and law professional has been established. Through this model's utilization, from the quota and the qualitative different angle, carries on the synthesis judgment to student's synthesis examination and the score on the test, so the comprehensive quality evaluation system to the political and legal professional has been establishedConsidered the politics and law Training college's actual situation, according to the request to cultivates the student comprehensive quality, we judge the student quality from student's character, the body and mind quality, the specialized foundation and the vocational skill, the literary style quality, the actual operation and so on five aspects, and had determined 18 numerators, have established 3 level of indicator systems. The quality synthetic evaluation synthesis has utilized the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy judgment method, with the analytic hierarchy process determined that various targets weight, and has carried on 2 levels of fuzzy quality synthetic evaluations, thus obtains student's comprehensive quality measure results. This system can the good satisfied politics and law Training college regarding the student comprehensive quality appraisal request, also will provide significance reference target information for the comprehensive quality cultivation in the politics and law vocational education in the future. This system carried on the computer to realize, and has carried on the practice in the concrete application, confirmed the validity of the method.
