With the deepening of the reform of the education around the world, in themodern of social, the revitalization of the chinese nation, the development ofthe economy and the science and technology become the important task of education.Teachers is one of the important part of the education,Once education can notmeet the needs of the social development and the need for education reform.Continuing education for teachers is particularly urgent. With the developmentof China’s higher education, college sports teachers as an important part ofhigher education.The physical education teachers overall quality directlyaffects the sports talents output effect. Physical edcation teachers in collegesand universities can better accept continuing that is they can be faster andbetter adapted to the needs of the education reform and development of theadvantageous safeguard.The article use the methods of literature, questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics methods and so on. The present further-study situationof Physical education colleges in Beijing,the Paper survey Continuing Educationof the13colleges in Beijing,147physical education teachers. The studyincludes continuing education goals, continuing education content, form, mannerand method of continuing education, continuing education, assessment andevaluation, continuing education factor.Survey Institute combines datacollected. Teachers’ understanding of policies and regulations is notenough,opportunities is less, participate in continuing education demand andsatisfaction is low,education funding commitments difficulties,continuingeducation time is unreasonable,these aspects has become part of the physicaleducation teachers to participate in continuing education constraints.
