Abstract:Continuing education is facing after school education, all members ofsociety to accept the educational activities are an important part of the national education system."National training program " is a new form of education in2010in favor of a proposed nationalteachers’ continuing education and training. Currently, the full swing, the implementation ofnational training program for teachers across the country to carry out the various types of trainingbeing conducted for the National Continuing Education is a big cause of the Gospel, but also toachieve the basic desired effect, protect the rights of teachers to receive continuing education. Thesubject characteristics for physical education teachers, physical education teachers meet thetraining needs; What are the problems of training physical education teachers are also worthexploring and conduct research. PE Teachers study continuing education, physical educationteachers in primary and secondary institutions of higher learning to explore continuing education inthe role, and propose feasible suggestions to the development of continuing education and thecountry’s southwest region to learn from. Further improve the level of continuing education.In this paper, literature, field visits, questionnaire, interview survey, mathematicalstatistics, logical analysis. In2013participated in Chengdu Sport University ContinuingEducation for Physical Education Teachers in primary and secondary schools nationwide study. ByProf. national training program specialists, administrators, teacher surveys and interviews, thestudy concluded:①School Physical Education teacher training initiative gradually increase②"national training program " as a new training model, the guidelines of the primary and secondarythe backbone of a new direction③teacher training curriculum focusing on the actual needs ofteachers, curriculum continuing education courses can increase the proportion of practicalguidance. And continuing education problems: lack of teacher training to improve the evaluationsystem.For physical education teachers in continuing education and training in the problems, madethe following recommendations:①institutional strengthening of continuing education toimplement hierarchical, category management.②constantly explore and summarize relevantexperience through training practice, so as to continuously improve the effectiveness of teachertraining.③trainees participating in the training of teachers to develop management practices,strengthen teacher training project evaluation...
