Human society has already got into the brand-new 21 century. In the period of knowledge-based economy, the teacher is more and more important valued by the countries through the world. Mr. Deng Xiaoping's once said: "whether a school can train a qualified talent for the socialism construction, develop a fully development and socialism sense labourer, the key point is teacher." In this modern new time social environment, education will continue to carry on the responsibility of reviving economy, the Chinese nation and the history. But teacher is the key point for education. So the teacher's quality and quantity are the key factors which influence the education of a nation. The continuing education of teacher is promoted to the height which is related to the nation's future and density. The PE teacher is an important part of higher education. Their self-quality and professional knowledge will influence the PE development in higher education. Therefore, PE teacher's continuing to educate should be taken into account.I adopt heritage data method and investigate method, Statistics method and logic to analyze basic situation of high school PE teacher's structure and continuing education in Hebei province in this article, with the aims to unfold present condition to discuss some problems and impact aspects. According to what I have learned to set up PE teacher's continuing education training system of ordinary higher school in Hebei province.The ordinary high school PE teacher continuing education is defined as training the teacher who is away from a traditional regular school education based on research. The training includes enlargement and renewal knowledge, raise PE teaching level, renew and open the teacher's technique ability. The structure of titles, academic, major and students is not sound. The ability of computer, English and scientific research is below standard. Therefore strengthen continuing education is necessary to raising PE teacher's whole level in higher school. Currently PE teacher continuing education gets a high value. The present condition is lack of all-around knowledge, and the view to attend to it is proper. The most important aspect is the new technical ability, training of the PE teaching theories and professional knowledge and related information of the method, modern knowledge and information. The aim for the PE teacher to attend to continuing education is mainly to strengthen the educational contents and improve the teaching and research ability, which accord with the requirements of teaching. The following are the 5 methods that PE teacher attends to continuing education: one course advanced study, backbone teacher study, the equal educational background Master, high class study and pre-work training. Choosing continuing education formality, most of the PE teachers take a partial or entire off-job advanced education. It is believed that teachers should refresh themselves every 1-2 years. From the whole, the teaching attitude of trainer is earnest, the character level is higher; The major methods to examine the result are taking exams,investigate, and writing the course theses. The budget is shared by the nation, school and teacher. The main factors restricting the college PE teachers'continuous education are the objective factors and can't be overcome .They are the heavy workload, too little available personal time, the lack of budget, being in need of a homologous training system. The training result is not good, the opportunity of study is limited, and information is closed. The leader and the school don't value, etc.. People investigated think that at present there are many urgent problems to solve for college PE teachers who want to continue their education. They are the training purpose and aim are not definite, the training quality is not high, towards formalism, the training time and normal teaching are contradictious, the training contents arranged are not reasonable, etc.. Through extensive inquisition, and the method of Teerfee to set up the educational training system of college PE teacher in Hebei province.It includes three statures sub- systems: continuing education teaching sub- system, continuing education sub- system and continuing teaching education feedback sub- system. And according to analyze the system we reach into the suggestion :1,taking the idea of lifelong education as instruction to thought to strengthen college PE teacher continuing education .2,the training system contents accord to the continuing of reasonable, outstanding, function and forerunner of education 3,the enlargement in continuing education budget devotion, the orchestration arranges, providing to continuing education a guarantee.4,working well on before continuing education investigation argument, the assurance in the contents.5,improvement of teaching method and means, abundant training method and form, developing variety activities of advanced education. 6,practicing a periodical qualifications attestation, to strict process management. 7,providing necessary study time, release the conflicts between work and study, to ease up study stress 8,the establishment of encouragement mechanism, arousing initiative so as to promote the rapid and reasonable development of ordinary higher school PE teacher's advanced education system in Hebei province.
