Vocational education has played a more important role in economic development and it developed quickly. Vocational education has been attached importance to the state and society, the number, the scale and the level of vocational schools enhances unceasingly. Secondary vocational school enrollment and basically reached the same level as the ordinary high school. Face the huge secondary raw team; it becomes a particularly important question that manages the secondary vocational school students according to the characteristics of the students. Class is the cell of school. During the school time, it is the growth and development of the basic platform of students. Focus on the secondary vocational educate, you can’t ignore the research of secondary vocational school’s class. The class culture construction is one of the important cultural influences of the secondary vocational student’s individual development. To improve the students’ personality and behavior habits, class culture construction is one of the most important topics.This study used literature method, observation method, questionnaire investigation and interview investigation method. The study analyzes the main problems of class culture construction. The construction of class culture has many important questions, such as the poor of secondary vocational school style of study in and secondary vocational self-discipline ability and the lack of professional characteristics and so on. This study according to three dimensions of secondary vocational schools:the class material culture construction, the class system culture construction and the class spirit culture construction, provide the proposals for secondary vocational schools, the teacher in charge, and secondary vocational students. In order to systematically expound secondary vocational technical school class culture construction, and explicitly find out the main problems of secondary vocational school class culture construction, provide some proposals for the secondary vocational schools, divided the study into the following five parts:The first part is the introduction. Mainly includes questions, research significance, and the core concepts definition of culture, campus culture, class culture, class culture construction.The second part is the literature review. This part mainly discussed about the class culture construction achievements at home and abroad, summarized current research on vocational school class culture construction, and discussed the shortage of the existing literature.The third part is the research method and research process. This part mainly explains the research process of the research and research tools. The fourth part is the secondary vocational school class culture construction research results and analysis.This part mainly describes the present situation of the secondary vocational school class culture construction and analyzes the status quo. Based on the analysis put forward main problems of secondary vocational school class culture construction, and investigate the causes of these problems.The fifth part is the secondary vocational school class culture construction strategy. This part is the core and focus of this paper. This part mainly according to three dimensions of secondary vocational schools:the class material culture construction, the class system culture construction and the class spirit culture construction, put forward the proposal for the secondary vocational schools, the teacher in charge, and secondary vocational students.
