With the continuous development of Tibet and the bilingual policy, use Chinese as communicative language phenomenon in Tibet has been widespread in the city. Training of Tibetan students oral communication ability in Chinese teaching also appears more and more important. But in the pastoral areas, due to the remote, slow economic development and traffic block, the Chinese oral communication phenomenon are relatively less. Coupled with the poor students Chinese foundation as a whole, pastoral areas junior high school Chinese classroom, speaking, reading and writing, heard that the phenomenon is more serious. On this basis, put forward the junior middle school Chinese oral communication teaching should strengthen the Tibetan farmers and herdsmen’s basic demands. This article through to the school to teach one to grade three students and all the Chinese teachers’ questionnaires and interviews, parents can interview to some farmers and herdsmen, combined with10years experience in pastoral areas junior middle school Chinese teaching experience, in the study, on the basis of combing theory knowledge, from the language environment, students, teachers, textbooks from four aspects the village and herding area present junior middle school Chinese oral communication teaching status quo, explore the reasons of the existence of its disadvantages, and on this basis to seek solutions.
