Pick to The course of morality and rule of law plays an important role in guiding the ideological and moral development and establishing the consciousness of rule of law in agricultural and pastoral areas.It is a compulsory course to help junior high school students establish a scientific world outlook,outlook on life,values and socialist core view,and it is also a qualified builder of the socialist cause and a reliable ideological and political guarantee.It is an important ideological and political guarantee for training qualified builders and reliable successors to the socialist cause.However,for a long time,due to the low level of economic development in xingan league's farming and pastoral areas,the lack of educational input and teaching resources,the ideological and political teaching in the rural middle schools in the westem mountainous areas is not satisfactory-It is necessary to enhance the effectiveness of Mongolian language teaching in Mongolian middle schools in farming and pastoral areas.With the development of the course of morality and rule of law,this paper investigates the problems existing in the course of morality and rule of law in Mongolian middle schools in the agricultural and pastoral areas of xingan league by means of investigation,interview and statistical analysis.The first chapter mainly discusses the importance of teaching effectiveness of"morality and rule oflaw" in Mongolian middle schools in rural pastoral areas.This paper mainly focuses on the basic concept and importance of the curriculum standard of "morality and rule of law" in Mongolian teaching middle schools in agricultural and pastoral areas,and makes a concrete analysis on the teaching effectiveness of Mongolian teaching middle schools in rural pastoral areas.Through the analysis,we find the inevitability of improving the quality of this lesson.The second chapter mainly describes the problems existing in the teaching of morality and rule of law in Mongolian middle schools in agricultural and pastoral areas.On the basis of analysis,the existing problems are studied.This paper mainly analyzes the problems in the external environment of "morality and rule of law" course education in Mongolian teaching junior high schools in agricultural and pastoral areas,such as improper teaching methods,students' lack of initiative in learning "morality and rule of law" course,and single teaching evaluation methods in agricultural and pastoral areas.Chapter three explores ways to improve the effectiveness of "morality and rule of law" teaching in Mongolian middle schools in agricultural and pastoral areas.In addition to improving the external teaching environment,the teaching strategies should be improved to stimulate students' learning initiative and build a scientific system,so as to improve the effectiveness of "ethics and rule of law" teaching in Mongolian junior high schools in rural areas.
