| China is a unified multi-ethnic country,and building a well-off society in an all-round way determines that the common development and progress of all ethnic groups must be considered in many ways.Education is the foundation of development and is closely related to the development of every individual,nation,and even the whole country."Lifelong learning" has become the slogan of the times,the community needs to learn,love learning,with the ability to learn independently.Primary school is not only the starting point of a person's learning career,but also the key period to cultivate good study habits.This study,taking Tibetan primary school students in the agricultural and pastoral areas of H village in X County as the research object,and using in-depth interviews and questionnaires,examined the educational level of parents of primary school students in H village and the students' need severance in cultivating their ability to learn independently,and designed and implemented group activities under the guidance of the professional values of social work and the theory of social learning and the theory of dominant perspective.Finally,the effect of the group activities is summarized and reflected.Through the research,the author thinks that it has certain advantages to carry out the training activities of primary school students' self-learning ability based on the professional theory of social work and the method of group work.However,there are also problems such as the lack of knowledge of social work among village leading cadres and villagers,the lack of theoretical basis and practical experience of social workers,and the imperfect research and design.The following conclusions are drawn:Social workers stimulate the potential of primary school students through group activities,cultivate self-learning ability,improve self-confidence,improve self-efficacy,combine group social work with national social work organic combination,social work in the cultivation of rural and pastoral areas of primary school students after-school self-learning ability has a greater space for development. |
