Math learning barriers exist in middle school students, has seriously affected the healthy development, all-round development of students, has become an urgent social problem. However, the importance of middle school mathematics learning has not yet attracted enough attention, to the junior middle school students with learning difficulties in mathematics help efforts and achievements still co.. Research on the junior high school mathematics learning disabilities difficulties and teaching strategies of students, to build a more perfect theoretical system of junior middle school mathematics education, to strengthen basic education, strengthening the teachers’professional development, realize the goal of training, has important significance to improve the quality of education.This paper uses the method of combining theory with practice, find the mathematics learning disabilities difficulties students mainly in the non intelligence factors, to analyze the four main causes of math "underachievers ", the factors of students is the foundation is not solid, lack of interest in learning, motivation of learning, resulting in low levels of weak learning method is improper, rarely experience enjoy the happiness of success, the improper achievement attribution, the teacher is teaching, teaching method, improper handling of the poor teacher expectations, mathematics education target orientation deviation, teachers lack of reflection or reflective ability is weak, the family factor is improper methods, excessive expectations of children, communication is not too high, care, social environmental factor is a negative effects of some bad things.Based on the constructivism learning theory, optimization of teaching theory, the theory of multiple intelligences, the discovery and the problems in the research process, and puts forward some countermeasures for transforming mathematical "underachievers ":to stimulate interest in learning, strengthen the guidance of learning method, cultivating students’ strong will, to establish a good relationship between teachers and students, reform learning evaluation system, to form the resultant force of education.
