New era calls for new educational logos. The essay proposed’College-Zone’corporation, which refers to the corporations that universities and new hi-tech development zone executed based on the principles of complementary advantages, mutual benefit and reciprocity and collaborative development. In the analysis to College-Zone corporation practice, the paper explored route existed in production, teaching and researching, believing that establishing sound corporative mode and mechanism is the core for solving the problem. Higher education and regional economic development have the relationship of mutual influence, the former could improve quality of human resource and raise working productivity and scientific progress so as to serve regional economy; whereas the latter provides platforms and pours vitality. Hence, the author of the essay believed that college-zone corporation is the effective access to higher education’s innovative development. Yet, owing to the late starting of China’s college-zone corporation and the inadequate research on the aspects as to lack of systematic theoretical research, options of corporative modes and studies on corporative mechanism, thus, seeking to relevant systems fitting for China’s national conditions and university’s characteristics proves excessively crucial. The essay firstly summarized modes of Silicon-Valley of the USA, Tsukuba of Japan, Zhongguan Village and Shanghai Yangpu of China, analyzed China’s discrepancy with developed countries, that mainly lies in the mere and exterior combination of forms in the corporation, lacking researches and explorations on the initial relationship and scientific regularity. Secondly, dividing stages of corporation operative mechanism in accordance with the corporative time, and executing game theory, education management theory and educational economic theory to account for the initial regularity and verifying the feasibilities with the concrete cases(unit of authors) and ultimately promoted guaranteeing measurement to improve college-zone corporative systems via the four aspects of government, universities, region and markets.
