Research On The Construction Of College Students’ Shame Culture In The New Period

Shame culture is an important part of traditional Chinese culture, which is theembodiment of morality of the social group. Chinese traditional shame culture’sconnotation is rich, and it has a long bright history with many characteristics. It alsohas profound moral and ethical value,so Chinese society moral education plays anirreplaceable role. Shame culture’s reconstruction can make up social group’s shameconsciousness, and resolve the trouble of lacking of moral education.in order toshape the national spirit, and to improve the national quality, enhance nationalcohesion,there is no doubt that shame culture plays an important value function.This article mainly studies the situation and problems of our country collegestudents’ shame culture construction. First of all, the shame culture connotation, andfunction and its basic theory are analyzed, such as historical development of thebasic content to strengthen the construction of the college students shame culture andit is important significance. Secondly, the empirical investigation on college students’consciousness of shame level, and it is based on the analysis of college studentsshame culture construction problems and influencing factors in the new period.Finally, it explores the fundamental guiding ideology that the shame cultureconstruction of college students should follow and the need to handle the relationshipcorrectly, and further countermeasures, and suggestions to strengthen theconstruction of college students’ shame culture and evaluation system. This articleaims at strengthening the college students sense of shame, and promoting collegestudents’ moral self-discipline and virtue cultivation.it has important theoreticalsignificance and practical value.
