Into the new century, guided by the scientific development concept,strengthen the quality education of teenagers call more and more high, whicheffectively promote adolescent mental health education is very important toexplore. It involves education teaching work of the various fields, this paperaimed at young teenagers psychological characteristics, analysis to explore inelementary school music teaching how to penetrate psychological healtheducation related problems by increasing the music teachers’ psychologicalquality and promote the overall reform of basic education, mental healtheducation is to realize pupils sustainable coordinated development of thefundamental guarantee.First, the author through literature review of domestic and foreign pupilsheart health research to sort out and found work pupils need specializedmental health agency or professional staff on pupils’ psychologicalintervention is the mainstream view, and from the specific disciplineseffective psychological mental health education to improve the level of fewstudies. Previous studies also show that China’s primary psychologicalproblems mainly are: self-centered, selfish, unsympathetic and fragilepsychological endurance.Second, the author of pupils ’mental health problems caused by factorswere explored and found: family environment with the existing problems ineducation is affecting pupils’ mental health problems the main reason.Psychological endurance.Third, the above problems, the author’s own musical education from startto explore in music education in mental health education penetration ofspecific methods to improve pupils’ mental health education. By selectingdifferent forms of music education to develop the intellectual, emotional and perfect personality cultivation, thus to enhance the pupils’ mental health.Finally, the author from the current educational reform and socialpressures brought to the teacher perspective explores the psychologicalpressure through music teaching to promote teachers ’mental health topromote pupils’ mental health education attempts.This paper uses a literature review, social survey and experimentalmethod.
