Research On The Problems And Suggestions Of Human Resource Management Of Colleges And Universities In Current Guangdong

Human capital is the most important factor, which promotes economy in 21stcentury. It is a crucial factor that human resource gets in on the ground floorin competitive countries, areas and organizations. It depends on college's ownhuman resource whether university will take the responsibility to train highertalent for the development of economy and sociality in Guangdong.
