The further development of information technology and curriculum integration, network learning resources also got rapid development, many teachers and all kinds of social organizations and so on into the network learning resources construction of the team, project learning website, network curriculum network learning resources such as emerge in endlessly.This research, based on the information technology and the current studies on curriculum integration, tries to confirm that the physical network learning resource is the efficient tool to address the problems of physics teaching for the second grade in junior middle school, from the aspects of theory and practice this study first gives out some background on the current studies of the information technology and curriculum integration; and then confirms the application advantage of physical network learning resource in the physics teaching for the second grade in junior middle school, from the aspects of constructivism, humanism, education media and teaching design theory. Afterward, further analysis of teaching content of physics course, student’s characteristics, the type of network learning resource and the approaches of retrieving the data have been carried out. At last, through teaching practice cases and evaluation validate that the network learning resources are the effective tool to solve the problems in physics teaching for the second grade in junior middle school.
