Under the background of popularization of higher education, college students’ learning needs present diversification trend, the school classroom learning has already can’t meet the needs of college students’ diverse learning. Based on Internet platform of the world offers a free education resources sharing rich resources of high quality courses, domestic education training institutions for one’s deceased father grind, certification and training of curriculum resources is also increasingly rich, that provides a convenience for college students’ diverse learning needs of resource conditions. To explore the college students’ autonomous learning based on network learning resources and its promotion strategy, for the sharing of education resources utilization, to meet the learning needs of college students is becoming more and more diversified is of great significance, is the inevitable requirement of education informatization development.The thesis consists of six parts. The first chapter of the research background, purpose and significance, content and methods were summarized; The second chapter defines several basic concepts, and discusses the learning resources based on network autonomous learning of the humanism and constructivism theory, the relevant research achievements were summarized; The third chapter using the method of case analysis of several typical learning resource site reusability is analyzed; The fourth chapter through the 4 college students by questionnaire survey, analyzed the web-based learning resources of the status quo of college students’ autonomous learning, points out the main problems; Fifth chapter starting from the Angle of view of support services, learning resources based on network is proposed to solve the problems that exists in college students’ autonomous learning support strategies, and by using Delphi method to support strategy expert evaluation; The sixth chapter summarizes the main conclusions of this study and the characteristic, the deficiency of the research.This paper argues that, humanism and constructivism is based on the network learning resources is the cornerstone of college students’ autonomous learning. The study found that college students’ network learning resources reuse oriented generally low, easy to access, useful resources and availabilitv are suhiect to further improve:The current college students’ autonomous learning based on network resources motivation is insufficient; Autonomous learning based on network resources effect there.are large space of ascension; College students for online learning resource information channel is not smooth problem is obvious; College students based on the network learning resources autonomous learning atmosphere has not yet formed. To solve above problems, colleges and universities should set up using the concept of network learning resources sharing, and by means of the implementation of elective system based on network learning resources, set up network learning resources information service system, set up online autonomous learning community, to carry out a variety of extra curricular activities such as strategy, support college students actively use network learning resources for independent learning effectively.
