Studies On Moral Education Function Of University Library

The university library is an important learning place for university students, which has plenty of resources to provide information, to organize cultural activities, to offer good service, environment and management for moral education. University library also has many great advantages of site, resource, environment and innovation on moral education. The thesis analyzed the importance and function of university library for moral education. Through the field research and questionnaire, the current situation of university library was revealed. It showed that the moral education function of university library has not been fully developed. There is still a long way to go on exploration and innovation. Nevertheless, it also showed that the university library has many great advantages of site, resource, environment and innovation on moral education. The thesis expressed how to make good use of the advantages to develop and improve the university library’s moral education function. It also described the writer’s opinion about how to use university library to provide information, to organize cultural activities, to offer good service, environment and management to students. Against different period of students at university, the writer also gave some suggestions on how to use library to innovate new moral education’s field and methods.It is believed that all these explorations and considerations are helpful to stress the moral education conception and develop it’s function and advantages. It’s good for innovating new working field and methods, as well as making the university library a wonderful place to offer high quality education. To perfect the moral education conception and system has practical and positive significance.
