A Study On The Training Mode Of Talents Of "Embedded"Work-Integrated Learning In Vocational Colleges

"Embedded" training mode demands mutual embedding between theoretical study and professional practice. By embedding practical contents in theoretical study, embedding theoretical study in professional practice, improving the quality of the training of talents, sustainable "embedded talents", combined with knowledge and abilities, theory and practice, which meet the demands of enterprises can be developed.This paper carries out comprehensive reform on the training mode of work-integrated learning from the aspects of teaching reform, construction of training base, student management and teaching staff construction, it constructs an "embedded" work-integrated learning training mode of talents.In the aspect of teaching reform, the formulating of teaching plans, teaching forms, teaching planning, educational system, teaching evaluation system should all be reformed.The construction of high-standard training mode is the key and core of talents training. To construct a training base, we should abide by the principles of comprehension, simulation and development. To make the training base go around, we should marketize the operating mechanism and build a monitoring system of teaching quality.In the aspect of student management, we should build a management system that suits work-integrated learning, an evaluation system of student management, an electronic platform for the management of flow of student Party Branch (the Communist Youth League) and the dynamic management of student.The qualities and abilities of the teachers decide directly the quality of the training of talents.This paper pays attention to the development of the characteristics of faculty, enhancing the construction of systems to formulate an effective system, encouraging outstanding employees to take classes in vocational colleges, thus it builds a training system that combines good teachers from government, enterprises and colleges and provides measures to strengthen the construction of teaching staff.A sophisticated system promises the effective operating of "embedded" work-integrated learning mode. This paper constructs the safeguard mechanism of "embedded" work-integrated learning training mode of talents from three aspects:reinforcing the governmental co-ordination support, bringing guild bond into full play, establishing interests community between colleges and enterprises.
