"Work study combination" talent training mode, that is, the school enterprise cooperation, is the students to the enterprise position in learning, in the learning environment, the combination of learning and work throughout the whole teaching activities in a talent training mode. The biggest characteristic of this kind of talent training mode is the employment oriented, the school and the enterprise, the student three participate in, greatly improves the life of the secondary vocational school.In 2014, the Ministry of Education released the opinions on carrying out the pilot work of the modern apprenticeship, further of "work integrated learning" personnel training mode of school and enterprise law, called on all localities to actively carry out admissions that recruitment and enrolled into the factory, joint education of school and enterprise "modern apprenticeship pilot. However, in this mode, the traditional management of students in vocational schools has encountered unprecedented challenges. The traditional management mode of teachers and students in the school has already turned into a total of two parties. Thus there are a series of problems that need to be solved, which have a serious negative effect on the students. We must establish a management system which is fit for the work of the work and study. In particular, we should improve the management system of the talents training mode as soon as possible to adapt to the continuous deepening of the training mode of "combination of learning and learning". Therefore, the secondary vocational school students in the management of the concept, mode, management mechanism and other aspects of new thinking and exploration. This paper takes the secondary vocational schools in Liaoyuan city as an example, through the investigation and interview method, and to investigate and interview some practical training students and the school administrators and their cooperation in the secondary vocational education schools in Liaoyuan. From the three levels of the school, enterprise and students, the students’ management of the students and their causes are analyzed, and the problems are found out, and the weak links are found. According to the general problems and special problems of students management in Vocational Schools under the mode of work and study, the new management strategies are put forward. From the management of innovation to a comprehensive breakthrough in combination of engineering and engineering management of students under the mode of management of students to solve the psychological problems, so that students have a better vision of the future.
