Schoolchildren are builders and successors of the motherland, their physical qualitiesrelated to the future of the country’s long-term stability and the motherland. Sustainedhuman endurance qualities are protected work or activities, schoolchildren Endurance isdirectly related to student learning and life.As an important part of the female studentpopulation, they have their own unique qualities of endurance development path.Researchshows that female endurance quality decreased signiifcantly in recent years, they aremotivated to endurance training sessions is not high.Traditional classroom technologyheavy and light quality training is widespread, some of the sport got from elementaryschool students, school students lack motivation, students’ physical iftness is alsodeclining.In this thesis, school girls in Beijing four regions as experimental subjects,combined with the characteristics of students in each period to develop practical enduranceintervention program, through10weeks of endurance exercise interventions, to ifndendurance exercise intervention effects on the development of female endurance qualityidentiyf interventions endurance endurance quality throughout the development phase ofthe girls played a role,and sensitive understanding of the overall trend of female endurancequality development.Which is not suitable for primary school because of early trainingEndurance, so choose only the iffth grade and sixth grade endurance index (50m*8),middle school to high school choice endurance index is800m,set in the experimentalgroup and the control group, each grade experimental group and control group number is48each.Class as a collective concept, is an indivisible whole, the mutual influence of theirtraining environment and training initiative.In this paper, the class of collectiveachievement and endurance for the axis, through a new perspective to look for the variousgrades of endurance quality development curve.By comparing the experimental dataanalysis, on the one hand, enrich teaching and training content for future reference theinformation provided in the choice of cocoa interventions on endurance, so that morestudents can be effectively throughout the endurance quality grades stage of developmentexercise and guidance.On the other hand, through the endurance quality trends andsensitive period of analysis, providing the basis for coaches and teachers to improve thequality of students in the critical period, and also develop policies and help to providesome reference for the relevant departments.The results showed that:1.2013in Beijing school girls have different levels of endurance quality improvedcompared to2010,and in general, improve the margin of increase is greater than themagnitude of junior primary school and high school.2.The experimental group had signiifcant differences before and after the experiment.3.Grade ifve or six girls is a rapid growth phase endurance quality (50m*8) development.4.Endurance quality junior girls (800m) development soon,high school has greatpotential in the development of endurance qualities.5.The endurance into teaching interventions can effectively improve the quality ofwomen’s endurance, the proposed PE teaching students take full advantage of thecharacteristics of the students and to seize sensitive intervention practice.
