The Analysis Of The Present Situation Of Sunshine Sports In Middle Schools Of Urumqi

For 20 years during 1985-2005, nation-wide students'vital capacity continued to decline; the level of speed, explosive force, strength endurance, endurance quality further dropped; detection rate of obesity continues to rise; detection rate of adverse visual remains high. The lack of exercise is the primary cause. For the comprehensive implementation of party's educational policy, carrying out the guiding principle of"Health First", starting the upsurge of physical training in the national trillion students, raising the students'physique standard surely.The Ministry of Education, the General Administration of Sports, the Central Committee of Communist Youth League starts"trillion students sunlight sports"around the country in April 29,2007. The aim is attracting the general young students to move toward the drill ground, to enter the nature, to arrive under the sunlight, participating in the physical training positively, enabling more than 85% students to achieve the standard of'National Student Physique Health Standard'and exercising for one hour every day within 3 years.The middle-school students grow exuberantly.The middle-school students can strengthen physique and promote full scale development of their own if they carry on the physical training consistently under the scientific instruction. There are 120 middle schools in Urumqi, carrying out the sunlight sports in the middle schools of Urumqi is not only ralated to the health of the middle-school students ,but also the future of Xinjiang development.This paper uses methods of document analyses, interview,investigation, statistical, comparison study, lodic etc. in order to analyse the present situation of sunshine sports in middle schools of Urumqi from implements the "National Student Physique Health Standard", the physical education situation, the extracurricular activity situation, the building correct public opinion:1.Since'National Student Physique Health Standard'has implemented, Urumqi Middle school gym instructor's cognition degree to'National Student Physique Health Standard'continue to enhance, the test work consummates unceasingly. But the partial middle schools have not purchased the measuring instrument and has not formed the perfect test system.2.Under the sports curriculum reform background, the Urumqi Middle school's physical education activity project is various, the atmosphere is active. But partial middle school physical education the quantity arrangement is insufficiency, the main form of Middle school in Urumqi physical education is the sports practice class, the theory class lacks;Male and female students express the sex tendentiousness when they choose the projects.3. The middle schools in Urumqi extracurricular activity's development is getting more and more organized, the effect is also getting better and better: All middle schools have launched the organization good gymnastic exercises; Some 76.7% middle schools launch the enlarged class to move; Some 81.8% schools have organized the winter long-distance race activity. But there are only 47.8% schools to organize the sports mass organization and the Sports club; The overwhelming majority school has not built the sports joyful field.4. The middle schools in Urumqi have developed sunlight sports in varying degrees and have basically formed the good sunlight sports public opinion atmosphere, the students are favourable to the sports and the physical education class.5. The Urumqi middle-school students have very good sports motive, the sports interest and the sports manner, the School leader take the degree the sports work seriously unceasingly, which laid the good foundation for the development sunlight sports. The gym instructor, the school location, the sports equipment, the sports funds , the sports security problem and the sports environment are affecting the sunlight sports' development.
