Basic education reform was started in July2001; one of the main goals of which is "to change the course present situation----too much emphasis on accepting study, on mechanical training and to advocate students to participate actively, be willing to research and beat one’s brains frequently, Cultivating students’ ability of collecting and processing information, acquiring new knowledge, analysing and solving problems and the communication and cooperation skills."So in the new curriculum background how to teach chemistry well become an issue of concern for many high school teachers and experts.Exercises lesson a course directly testing students chemistry learning level, and improving their achievements.Therefore this paper focus on "analysing the questions aloud " teaching pattern in chemistry exercises lesson in practice.This paper firstly analyse the current research in this field. The study found that despite the domestic study started earlier, but the development was not mature, it is mostly the accumulation and conclution of teachers’ scattered experience;what’s more,the study focus on the other subjects more than chemistry.In view of this situation, we put forward the several problems to solve:first, the contents of "analysing the questions aloud " teaching system;Second, its generality. third, how long does it take for achievements.And then three classes of senior2of a high school in Wu Han are the measured objects.Through the exercise classes status quo survey (questionnaire survey), it is concluded that to complete the exercises lesson,first,we need step by step method, second, arrange the questions,time and speakers before the lesson; third, we need to pay attention to the typicality and diversification;fourth,everbody is involved should be guaranteed.According to the survey, there are four teaching principles of this method:one is gradual principle, second is plan principle, third is typical level principle, and the fourth is fully particiation principle.Then according to the teaching schedule and discipline characteristic, we select the "chemical reaction rate and the chemical equilibrium,"in textbook4as an example, expound the teaching factors in details, which mainly including:saying clearly the meaning of the question, the problem-solving strategies, the problem-solving thinking procee and the introspection after the problem.Using this method for training, then through the questionnaire, teachers’ interview, students’ interview,the experimental group(a class) and the control group (another class)’s marks, we concluded that:compared to the traditional teaching strategy,"analysing the questions aloud"has better students participation, better three dimensional goals accompolished,excellent written exam scores.During this process,the students found their errors by themselves,summary by themselves and then become positive than negative to study, thinking sharing than thinking independently.At last, it helps to improve their wideness, creativity, profundity and criticalness of thinking. At the same time,the interests and studying ability rised. But the achievements of process is not achieved overnight,it needs a long time, training for teachers and students together.What’s more,it is related to the students learning style. This is also where the limitations of this strategy.
