The new curriculum reform advocates will be the focus of classroom teachingby the teacher’s teaching to students’ learning. In this context, learning casearises at the historic moment. Obviously,\"study case design\" is lifeblood ofcase study teaching mode, it is the organic combination of teachers’ teachingand students learning together. As is known to all, every reform path is notcompletely flat, so learn case design is still in exploring stage, at the sametime it still has some shortage, therefore, this research mainly from the juniormiddle school biology case design theory, explore the principle, steps, etc.This thesis is divided into seven parts, the first part mainly determine thestudy of this subject categories, respectively from from the research backgroundand current situation, research significance, research methods and definitionof relevant concepts and so on are expounded. Generalizes the present state andthe related research, finding out the deficiency of the related studies, andillustrates the design-to junior high school biology case\"on a continuationof the species\" module as an example of the value and significance.In the second part explores the learning design theory, system theory, brainscience, constructivism learning theory, for the zone of proximal developmenttheory, build the theoretical system of learning case design.The third part explores the science case design principle, the clear casedesign with the principle of subjectivity, guiding principle, expansibilityprinciple, educational principles, sexual life principle, systematic principle,level principle as the instruction.In the fourth part explores the learning design steps, respectively, fromthe design ideas and design strategy.The fifth part is the process of science in design, first of all to carryon the design of student questionnaire survey, the purpose is to know the useof the current state of the study case, and solicit opinions of the students tolearn in design, the second design of typical case as an example.Study case of the implementation of the research was conducted on the sixthpart, the author in the biology classroom teaching implementation of the aboveexperiment design good case, and the test after the related data statistics andanalyses.The seventh part of the entire research process are summarized, and reflection.Conclusion the thought of system theory, from the point of view can build up arelatively complete\"study case design\" research system; To design module asa unit for studying case, is helpful to promote students learning to learn.
