In 2016,the Ministry of Education published "Chinese students to develop the core literacy" report,the report points out that the core literacy is to cultivate "person's full scale development" as the core,divided into cultural basis,independent development,society participate in three aspects,in 2018 the Ministry of Education puts forward the concept of subject core literacy,including biology discipline core accomplishment of rational thinking,scientific inquiry,social responsibility and the concept of life.Biology second class is the main position of cultivating students' biology core accomplishment,so it is of great significance to develop biology second class to cultivate students' core accomplishment.In this study,a questionnaire survey was conducted among the students and a special interview was conducted with the first-line teachers,so as to systematically understand the implementation status of the second biology class in the local junior middle school.The results showed that the development of the second biology class in junior middle schools in Hanzhong was not optimistic,and the development of the second biology class in junior middle schools at county level and township level needed to be further improved.Students' lack of understanding of biology second class,including some young new teachers,also need to improve their understanding of biology second class.The school's management measures for the second class need to be further improved.The reasons for this phenomenon is along with elementary education reform on one hand,countries have been emphasized place stress on cultivation of talents' comprehensive quality,but on the other hand,most schools the score is still regarded as the first measure of students,as a result,from the school level to carry out the second classroom,especially in the biological understanding of the second classroom is not enough in place,attention degree is not high;At the same time,the study found that the teaching staff of the second biology class in the local junior middle school was weak,and quite a number of biology teachers had insufficient experience and experience in developing the second biology class,so the research on the second biology class still needed to be further deepened.There is no in-depth exploration on the design scheme of carrying out the second biology classroom in and out of school based on the regional actual situation and resources,and most of the activities are mainly about experiments and model making.In view of the existing problems in the second biology class,the author puts forward the corresponding solution strategies:(1)constantly update the education concept,pay attention to the guidance of teachers team building;(2)to meet the needs of students' growth,the system design and implementation plan;(3)Relying on regional resources,carry out activities according to local conditions.Finally,in accordance with the proposed strategies and in close combination with the principles of student-centered,interest-based,in-class and out-of-class,timely feedback,and core quality-oriented biology second class,the author made a preliminary attempt to design the activity plan for the second biology class in the local junior high school.The author has designed various activities such as game teaching,model construction,campus investigation and museum volunteer,and combined with the idea of "research study",designed the research study tourism scheme based on the characteristics of Regional resources in Hanzhong.Three activities were designed for game teaching,namely,the main types of animals in guessing games,the flight of "birds" and safe blood transfusion.The model construction class designed two activities: making small intestine model and making ecological bottle.The intramural survey asks students to investigate the weight status of other students at the same time.For the biological museum,it is to let students serve as museum volunteers,no longer passive visit the museum;The postgraduate study tour will take the national Wetland Park as the theme to help students understand the wetland culture.The design of the scheme aims to provide design ideas for the second biology class in junior middle schools in Hanzhong area,as well as usable cases for the second class.
