Employment Of College Students Learned Helplessness Intervention Studies

This study attempts to the learned helplessness theory achievements of western psychologycombined with the status quo of current college students’ employment difficult, through relevantliterature review, analysis and summary, and field survey, puts forward the the realistic subjectthat intervention study of current our country university students’ employment of learnedhelplessness. Aims to fundamentally analyze the deep-seated reasons for college students’employment and put forward effective intervention strategies. In research part of the article, firstof all, it gives the concept of university students’ learned helplessness of employment, and thananalyzes its performance and harm. Then from two aspects of internal and external, analyze thecauses of the learned helplessness of employment, Combined with a profound analysis of thecauses of the learned helplessness of employment, the article described mainly the interventionmeasures in section of learned helplessness of employment, including the macroscopicintervention measures such as the intervention from party organizations in colleges anduniversities, the intervention measures from other management organizations of student incolleges and universities,the intervention measures from the theory course of ideological andpolitical, the intervention measures from the mental health education and the microcosmicintervention measures such as attribution training,objectives guide, information integration, andthen analysis comprehensivly the intervention principles of learned helplessness of universitystudents’ employment. At last, some conclusions is given in the article that learned helplessness isa very important reason which hinder the smooth employment of college students, it not onlyaffect the individual employment, also cause serious harm to other system society, not onlyaffects the employment of a person, will also affect every aspect of a person.It has complexcauses, and studies deeply to the system and construct a set of effective intervention.Finally, the author calls for workers in colleges and universities, society and family membersto attach great importance to college students’ employment problem of learned helplessness, andto provide scientific guidance and comprehensive intervention, promote smooth employment ofthe college students, contribute an own strength for the harmonious development of society.
