With the development of the times, and raise the level of science and technology, citizen’s scientific literacy becomes critical and sustainable development foundation of national greatness and prosperity, thus affecting the fundamentals of social progress, and students are the country’s future, the world attaches great importance to cultivating students’scientific literacy in. Scientific literacy is at the heart of science education, with the recent worldwide progress on large-scale comparative study on the quality of students ’learning project, the actual Russian national scientific literacy of young people showed a strong interest.This study is based on a famous international student assessment project-PISA examine aspects of theory and investigation of junior high school students’scientific literacy training and evaluation.
