In the new round of education reform wave of development and personnel training,the teacher professional development has become the common goals and values education reform.Teachers' professional development is key to promoting sports school sports educational reform and improve teaching quality.With the growing professionalization of teachers,people gradually realized that the implementation of the role of self-discipline position of the consolidation and development of teacher professional standards.At present,the rapid development of China's national economy,increasing social demand,vacancies all kinds of talents,so that our PE teachers professional development research is still in its infancy.Teachers common standards are difficult to meet the needs of specialization current teacher education,therefore,as soon as possible to develop standards for each discipline teachers professional development has become an urgent requirement of Teachers' Education Development.21st Century education challenge and hope coexist,PE teachers are an important part of teacher education,teacher professional development of teachers to achieve professional sports is an important branch of the population.Quality Physical Education teachers will directly closely with students and even national constitution,closely linked with the socialist modernization drive,closely connected with the overall optimization of sports faculty.High school sports teacher plays a vital role in students' development process.Students in this period of extreme physical and mental development imbalances,which requires teachers to guide students in sports to enhance students' physical fitness,while an important role in the formation of physical exercise and healthy psychological adjustment.However,due to our long-term bias for sports disciplines such sports teachers' professional ideas and planning chaos,a lack of enthusiasm.This has seriously affected the quality of teaching sports to reach and improve.Through literature,surveys and interviews to Shijiazhuang high school physical education teacher professional development as the research object,Shijiazhuang 153 PE teachers conducted a questionnaire survey of PE teachers from professional philosophy,professional knowledge,professional competence,professional training,professional autonomy,professional organizations several aspects of teacher professional development of sports in-depth study,the following conclusions:1.The overall situation of the professional development of teachers in Shijiazhuang city high school sports is more correct,most of the sports teachers to professional development of teachers according to their own requirements for the various stages of the development of self-administered,a small part of PE teachers there is a deviation on the ideas of their own Educational lack of understanding on the development of the students.2.there is a certain gap between professional knowledge,skills and training and professional development of teachers of PE teachers.We should strengthen the degree of attention after the PE teachers and standards in these areas.3.Before Shijiazhuang City high school sports teachers have greater professional autonomy,but the professional organizational strength is weak.4.In order to constantly improve the professional level of development of Shijiazhuang high school sports teachers should constantly improve the social status of society and emphasis on sports teachers,sports teachers themselves have to establish a solid professional ideals and philosophy,and constantly strengthen their own professional development process.Meanwhile,the former to PE teachers,entry,closely linked to the post after three stages,stars unified whole,so as to provide a shortcut for sports teachers' professional development.
