This paper uses the constructivist learning theory to explore issues related to language in the teaching of reading, trying to seek a scientific teaching methods, under the guidance of the constructivist theory, a scientific theory to guide practice. Target language reading instruction so that students are interested, there are ways to have the ability to read, how to promote student self-constructed language knowledge, reading method, to improve students ’independent reading ability to improve students’ language literacy, teachers inon the basis of the analysis of the specific circumstances of students, but also to seek scientific education teaching theory to guide the practice of language teaching reading activities, in order to achieve the ideal of teaching effectiveness. Therefore, this article analyzed by a large number of cases feasible and scientific theory of constructivism in language teaching reading them and, on this basis, constructivist learning theory applied to language teaching reading which application conditions and application strategy. This article consists of the following four parts:Introduction, mainly the research background of this paper, the significance of the study, the status quo of the research and research purposes, the object of study, research methods; Constructivist learning theory in language teaching of reading among application status survey, the analysis of the survey results and proposed teaching suggestions; Chinese reading teaching under the guidance of the constructivist learning theory, discusses the key point of the constructivist learning theory, methods of teaching reading and constructivism constructivist learning theory under the guidance of guidance under the characteristics of language teaching reading; Constructivist theory in the language reading instruction in the application, including the conditions of application of constructivist learning theory in the teaching of Chinese reading and application strategies, and comment on Chinese reading teaching cases under the guidance of constructivism.
