Currently, the studies on the teaching mode of middle and primary school are in the ascendant. In July,2001, Ministry of Education promulgated "the outline of basic education curriculum reform (trial)", after which, numerous refreshing teaching modes emerged. They broke the long-term situation of one teaching mode of the whole country and changed people’s old-fashioned impression towards the classroom teaching. Furthermore, learning style of students, teaching method of teachers, evaluation methods of classroom learning, as well as the relationship between teachers and students is qualitatively different from the past. The innovation of the Classroom teaching promoted the deepening of the new curriculum reform. The change from theory to practice will have a more profound impact.The primary and secondary schools in Shaanxi Province regarded the teaching reform and innovation as a breakthrough of implementing the new concept of curriculum reform and developing their school.Simultaneously, they absorbed and drew on the experience of other school, combining their actual situation, created a completely new teaching mode, which presents a booming and thriving situation. This round of innovation in teaching mode innovation is carried on intensely. Therefore, it is of great practical significance in both aspects of theory and Practice to carry out research on the innovation of the teaching mode.The author selected four senior high schools in Shaanxi that are representative and typical in the teaching reform, introducing, analyzing and evaluating their standard teaching mode, after which, the author summarizes the tendency of teaching reform of primary and secondary schools in Shaanxi Province, proposing constructive reform measures and proposals.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter introduces the significance of the topic, literature review, research methods and innovation of the paper; the second chapter elaborates the objectives of the new curriculum reform, the new high school curriculum reform ideas, as well as the relationship between the concept of teaching mode, teaching methods and teaching strategy; the third chapter introduces, analyses and evaluates the new teaching mode of the four senior high school in summarizes the tendency and the deficiencies of the teaching mode innovation of four middle school, proposing further measures and suggestions for improvement.
