The traditional high school classroom mostly adopts the indoctrinating teaching model,and the high school ideological and political classroom is no exception.The disadvantages of the indoctrinating teaching model restrict the effect of the ideological and political classroom teaching.Under the background of the new curriculum reform,people's development has received more and more attention.Promoting the reform and innovation of teaching model is the key to improve the teaching effect of ideological and political course,and is also the necessary measure to implement quality education and realize the all-round development of people.The "3+1" teaching model is an active exploration to adapt to the new curriculum reform.It embodies the "student-centered" model,fully exerts the initiative and creativity of students,is conducive to building a democratic,equal and mutually supportive classroom atmosphere,and promotes the mutual development,common progress and common improvement of teachers and students."3+1" teaching model is a practical teaching model proposed by headmaster He Donglin in 2013,which is suitable for the development of Fugou County Senior High School in Henan Province,on the basis of carrying out the new curriculum reform to cultivate students' innovative spirit and practical ability and drawing lessons from "271" model of Changle No.2 Middle School in Shandong Province.The basic contents of this model include self-learning,cooperative inquiry,communication and demonstration,and teacher appointment.This model has achieved some results in the teaching practice of high school ideological and political course,and has played a positive role in promoting the development of students' subjectivity and the improvement of teacher-student relationship.According to the interviews with teachers,there are still many problems in the use of this model.The specific manifestations are as follows: some teachers' teaching concepts are not in place and their abilities are uneven;group cooperation grouping is unreasonable;the purpose of inquiry is not clear,and inquiry is for the sake of inquiry;and students: some students' learning concepts have not changed thoroughly;different levels have limited knowledge reserves.The emergence of existing problems is not caused by one factor or one main cause.In view of the existing problems in the application of "3+1" teaching model to the practice of ideological and political classroom in senior high school,this thesis analyses the underlying causes of the problems from the perspective of schools,teachers and students,combining with the corresponding theory and teaching experience.Schools: the use of traditional hard assessment indicators,evaluation methods do not keep pace with the times;lack of attention to the ideological and political course;backward infrastructure,affecting the effective development of ideological and political activities;teachers: some teachers are greatly influenced by the traditional teaching concept of "teacher-centered";some teachers' teaching ability needs to be further improved;students: some are deeply influenced by old learning concepts and habits,insufficient self-study ability,lack of awareness of cooperative inquiry and communication and display ability.In view of the causes of the problems,in order to reflect the requirements of the new curriculum reform better in the future ideological and political teaching process,improve the quality and level of teaching,and constantly improve the core quality of students,it is necessary to give full play to the synergy of schools,teachers and students.Especially for the organizer of classroom activities and the promoter of students' learning,teachers should change their concepts and improve their comprehensive accomplishment;create a life-like situation consistent with students' physical and mental development level in accordance with the subject characteristics of ideological and political course,change the students' traditional impression of the "empty words" of ideological and political course,and promote students' autonomy through the improvement of teaching methods.,using a variety of ways to improve self-learning ability.As the main body of classroom activities,students should constantly improve their awareness and ability of cooperative inquiry and sharing in the implementation of the "3+1" teaching model,and ultimately achieve the goal of comprehensive development.As the main promoter of the new curriculum reform,schools need to create a good atmosphere for the new curriculum reform;keep pace with the times,change the evaluation system;people-oriented,strengthen the importance of ideological and political course;increase investment in funds,improve multimedia equipment and other hardware facilities.
