Urban Residents' Sports Public Service Satisfaction Research

Sports public service as an important part of public service, toimprove national physical fitness, improve public satisfaction with the degree ofgovernment public services, improve the quality of life of residents, has the vitalsignificance. Research on city sports public service satisfaction survey, analysis of thepresent situation of sports public services supply, seek to establish system and improvethe sports public service system, provide direction for improving the sports level ofpublic service.With Chengdu city as an example, this study through the literature material,questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and other research methods, discusses thesituation of public service content structure, degree of satisfaction and demographicfactors affecting customer satisfaction, and draws the following conclusion:(1) Theory analysis, the content structure of urban residents sports public servicesatisfaction is by the sports organization service, sports facilities, sports guiding service,information service, consisting of five public sports service factor, the empirical surveyresults reflect the measurement of the reliability and validity are ideal to level.(2) Chengdu residents of sports public services in cities in middle rdi level ofoverall satisfaction, improve the urban residents in Chengdu sports public service level,still has a larger space.(3) Demographic factors affecting urban sports public service satisfaction, age andeducation factors, and factors such as gender, occupation, income, region effect wasnot significant.
