Investigation And Analysis On Current Situation And Satisfaction Of Public Service Of Urban Residents In Weinan City

Weinan is a small city which is still under development,the benefits of improve the all-citizen fitting program can be achieved through analyzing the satisfaction index research of the public sports service(PSS),and thus enhance the positivity of people who wants take part into the fitting program.In this paper,we designed the questionnaire via mathematical statistics,field visit and etc,then integrate the data,discover the problems through analyzing the questionnaire and deliver strategies.The mainly conclusion of this paper:A survey of current situation of national fitness public service of urban residents in Weinan City: "12th Five-Year" during the Weinan city urban residents fitness public services in the rapid development of the positive regulation of the government,but also can not meet the physical needs of the peopleWe distribute questionnaires into five areas of Weinan(Huaxian,Pucheng,Baishui,Dali,Linwei District)and collect all aspects of the satisfaction index of PSS.After analyzed all the data we collected,we acknowledged that most of the citizens choose to work out during 6AM-9AM and 6PM-9PM;most of the citizens work out 3-4 times a week;the ideal place for people to work out are parks and squares;jogging,walking and square dancing are the major events;and most people work out for the purpose of body building,entertaining themselves and resist diseases.We discovered that the education background,occupation and income are not the main elements which influencing the satisfaction index through the one-way analysis of variance,but,the areal distribution is the major problem.The areal distribution shows that inequality can lead into a total different situation.Based on the data of SPSS,we also discovered that the citizens of Weinan City are dissatisfied about the current situation of PSS and some of the citizens believe that the satisfaction index of the PSS can be worse.Citizens are also dissatisfied about the number of sports facilities,facilities for free and opening hours of the facilities.The main problems that influence the PSS of Weinan City is: lack of fund,the attention of the local government,number of facilities for sports event,opening hours of the facilities,last but never the least,The inequality of development.Suggestions: raise the funding for PSS,distribute sport resources more rational and elevate the opening hours of the facilities..
