Factors And Countermeasures In Guiyang High School Campus Football Development Constraints

Abstract:In recent years, the performance of Chinese men’s, women’s football is unsatisfactory which caused the people’s reflection. The crux is the lack of juvenile football talents. The reason why football powers are flourishing is that they pay more attention to the cultivation of the reserve talents of juvenile football, and have a relatively perfect juvenile football athletes training and competition system。In June10th,2009, The General Administration of Sport as well as the Ministry of Education held a conference on the national youth campus football activities in Beijing to strengthen the school sports work, and solidly promote activities. Firstly, to carry out the activities into the sunshine sports among hundreds of millions of students; Secondly, to promote it effectively; Thirdly, to take effective measures to guarantee it. The students participate in the campus football activities, which can relieve the pressure of study. It can enhance physique and physical fitness and enterprising to improve the ability of group cooperation. It also provides reference for our country juvenile football backup talents.The thesis takes some middle schools as the examples to do the research. They are as follows:Guiyang No.1High School, Guiyang No.2High School, Guiyang No.6High School, Guiyang No.8High School Guiyang No.9High School, Guiyang No.3Experiment High School, Guiyang No.l High School, the Middle School Attached to Guizhou Normal University, Giuzhou Experimental High School, Wudang Middle School, Baiyun Middle School, the Middle School for Minority, Guiyang Qinghua Middle School etc, The research has been done by the method of literature, questionnaire survey method, the law of interviewing expert, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other methods. The thesis is to analyze the situation of the campus football in Guiyang city, depending on the attitude of school leaders to carrying out campus football,the attitude of the parents to whether students take part in the activity; the present situation where students participate in football in Guiyang city; the basic situation of football teachers, the present situation of the equipment about football and soccer; the development condition of football class in high schools and the status quo of developing football in extracurricular activity time. Thus it is summarized that the existing problems and influencing factors on middle school campus football activities in Guiyang city mainly has the following several aspects. First, the school leaders pay little attention to it. Second, it is lacking in money. Third, it remains to improve the fields and the equipment. Fourth, RE. teachers lack for the skills of football. Fifth, there is much more limitation from the parents. Sixth, sports and education department cannot cooperate with each other well.On the basis of the above results, the thesis is to put forward the corresponding countermeasures of the development of campus football in Guiyang city. First of all. to strengthen the importance of the leadership and ensure the ideological recognition in place. The second, to improve the field’s conditions and increase the investment. The third, to strengthen the football teachers’team. The fourth, to change the concept of the parents. The fifth, to cultivate students’interest in football to ensure the activities in popularity. Last of all, to establish and perfect reserving personnel training system of "the combination of physical exercise and physical education teaching".
