Research On The Development Dilemma And Countermeasure Of Children's Wushu Training Institutions In Guiyang City

Chinese Wushu is a treasure of Chinese traditional culture.With the gradual improvement of people's awareness in all aspects,Wushu has attracted more and more attention because of its unique charm in fitness,disease prevention,self-defense,self-cultivation and so on.Accordingly,the market of Wushu training institutions emerges as the times require.At present,the market of children's Wushu training in Guiyang City is developing rapidly,and the demand for children's Wushu coaches and related managers is relatively large.However,there are limited professionals engaged in training institutions.Therefore,there may be a lack of professionals,standardized venues and facilities in the development of children's Wushu training institutions,which is related to the healthy development of training institutions.The research object of this paper is "Guiyang District Children's Wushu Training Institution".The main research methods are literature,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and field investigation.Through comprehensive research methods,the operators,coaches,students and parents of Guiyang District Children's Wushu Training Institution are investigated and analyzed,aiming at the influence of Guiyang District Children's Wushu Training.The factors of institutional development put forward corresponding solutions.Through investigation and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn: factors affecting the development of children's Wushu training institutions in Guiyang City;imperfect teaching environment and facilities,insufficient registration funds,lack of children's Wushu teaching equipment,unified teaching content arrangement,imperfect management system of training institutions,lack of relevant department management,single way of enrollment and promotion,shortage of coaches,parents' awareness of Wushu.And put forward the corresponding countermeasures;improve teaching facilities,establish teaching content system,sports department support,supervision,standardized development,innovative promotion model,cooperation between training institutions,improve the allocation of professional staff,strengthen coach training,reserve coach team,publicize martial arts,improve martial arts awareness.
