Since the new curriculum reform, some researchers have studied a lot on " teachers’ curriculum capability" from different angles and a lot of results were obtained. However they mostly focused on the general curriculum capability study, lack of research analysis for the teachers’curriculum capability to influence factors research.This paper aims to through the investigation and the factors analysis of elementary school teachers’curriculum capability, deep explore the problems in the development of the primary school teachers’ curriculum capability. Moreover, it based on the results of influence factors on regression analysis, put forward the related strategy on promotion of primary school teachers’ curriculum capability development.In this paper, through the following link to research:1. Cleanse and enrich the literature on the teachers’curriculum capability at home and abroad, Put forward the theory architecture on factors influence the development of teachers’curriculum capability based on the analysis of the structure of teachers’curriculum capability.2.According to the theoretical framework of the preparation of the questionnaire and Surveying,carry out processing and results analysis on questionnaire data, including analysis on curriculum capability between each dimension factor correlation, Demographic analysis of the curriculum capacity and regression factor analysis of curriculum capability influence factors of each dimension to Each dimension of the curriculum capacity etc.3. According to the analysis of the results, Put forward the principle of coordinated development among the course cognitive ability, the course practical ability and the course reflect ability. At the same time, based on the results of influence factors on elementary school teachers’curriculum capability, Put forward the related strategy on promotion of primary school teachers’curriculum capability development.
