Competitiveness is stable psychological tendencies including individual’ cognition, attitude, motivation, strategy and other aspects,and it affects every aspect of individual life.Fierce Competition have important implications on middle-school students in the physical and mental development. However, the psychological research on middle school students’ competitiveness is relatively few, as well as the research on psychological structure of the middle-school students’ competitiveness.Referring the construction of college students competitiveness psychology established by yanyuan Cen in2007and the Scale of Competitive Attitude revised by Guopeng chen in2003, increasing healthy competitive strategy dimension to competitive strategy scale.After exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, finally establish psychology structure of competitiveness and form the official scale.The structure of high-school students’competitiveness psychology is consistented with previous theory and research,and the scale is proved to be reliable and effective.Using this questionnaire investigate the characteristics and demographic difference of shigh-school students’ Competitiveness psychology.Through questionnaire surveys and experiments to explore the impacts of social support, school belonging, implicit social cognition, scenarios and other factors to the high-school students’ Competitiveness psychology. Using correlation analysis, analysis of variance, regression analysis and structural equation modeling and so on a variety of statistical techniques, the conclusions are as follows:1、High-school students’ Competitiveness psychology include four parts: Competitiveness tendencies (cognitive tendencies, emotional tendencies, behavioral tendencies), Competitiveness motivation (self-presentation motives, profit motive), Competitiveness strategy (overly competitive strategy, strategy of healthy competition), Competitiveness content (status competition, academic competition competition and expertise). 2、There are differences in gender, grade of students’ Competitiveness score. boys’Competitiveness score significantly higher than girls’,low-grade students’ score are higher than the high-grade’s, and students who come from one-child or not-only-child family have no significant difference in Competitiveness score.3、The middle-school students’competitive psychology, social support and school belonging are significantly related.Social supporting, school belonging can directly predict each dimension of competitive psychology, and the school belonging also can affect students’Competitiveness Score through social support.4、Social support, school belonging have a direct impact on the students’ competitive strategy.Cooperation strategies and social support are positively related hyper-competition strategies and social support are negatively related. The individual competition psychology and competitive strategy are also related,healthy competition strategy and Competitiveness score are positively correlated.5、The scenario have an impact on the students’competitive strategy, in the social support scenario the students tend to cooperation, in the scenario of social exclusion students tend to hyper-competition. Regression analysis showed that social support, school belonging, competition psychology have an effect on competitive strategies.6、The middle-school students’implicit competitive attitude is exist,whish are different from the explicit competitive attitude; Social support, school belonging are weakly corrected with students’ implicit competition attitude.7、The implicit competitive attitude of individual had no significant effect on competition strategy...
