As the country’s emphasis on preschool education, reform and development of preschooleducation in China get the new opportunities. It is glorious and difficult mission for preschooleducation workers to cultivate qualified preschool education workers. Nowadays therequirement of the young teachers and students as an important member of the educator isincreasingly high. The development of the society plays a more and more important role.School sense of belonging is the student’s identification with the organization for schools andassociation degree. School belonging and professional values of young teachers and studentsand directly related to their professional development and professionalism, in relation tophysical and psychological aspects of health. There is an obvious effect on school belongingand professional values of young teachers’ and students’ learning, behavior and psychology,thus it has a practical significance by cultivating good school belonging and professionalvalues. Based on this study, the investigation on the level of pre-school education professionaltechnical secondary school young teachers and students in school in Hebei province randomlyselected346students from three different grades starting point from high school and juniorhigh school as the object of investigation. Questionnaire as measuring tools, combined withthe interview method to understand and grasp the overall condition of students of schoolbelonging and professional values research and discuss the relationship. The results showedby questionnaire and data analysis:(1) Preschool teachers and the students of schoolbelonging has individual differences.(2) Preschool teachers and the students of professionalvalues have individual differences.(3) Preschool teachers and the students of schoolbelonging has significant positive correlation with professional values.(4) Preschool teachersand the students of school belonging has prediction effect to professional values andbelonging to professional values have a significant positive prediction function.This research conclusion is as follows:(1) Preschool teachers and the students of school belonging (different dimensions)havesignificant differences on gender, grade and parenting style.(2) Preschool teachers and the students of professional values (different dimensions) has significant differences on gender, grade.(3) Preschool teachers and the students of school belonging has significant positivecorrelation, also preschool teachers and the students of school belonging has prediction effectto professional values.
