Geared to the needs of the high-speed economic development today, the network has been widely used, various business platform such as Taobao and T-mall increasingly accepted by people. The rapid development of network marketing in China make the electronic commerce become a burning hot word.. At the same time the electronic commerce major has become a popular major in various universities and middle schools. However, as a discipline comprehensive e-commerce, liberal arts disciplines, its content, process and methods of teaching put forward more comprehensive requirements.Considering vocational technical secondary school students’ cultural quality and accept ability, and electronic commerce talent market demand, the students’ training target is oriented at the first line need of grass-roots level, the production and the service and management. Combination ofThe research aims at using the concrete application of blended learning to solve the education problems, based on the electronic commerce subject asking for the close relationship with the theory and practice, through the method of literature research, questionnaire survey, case and interview, and discusses.The promoting core ideas of blended learning is according to different problems, requirements, using different ways, such as different media and different information transmission to solve the problem. Using a minimum cost to get the best teaching effect.Electronic commerce majors in secondary vocational school should be given priority to applications skills training, strengthen the cultivation of practice ability, strengthen the practice teaching link, in order to cultivate talent with strong practical ability, who can quickly adapt to the posts of "electronic commerce", to achieve social skills requirements for e-commerce professional technical secondary school graduates. Blended learning is suitable for the e-commerce major of the secondary vocational school in talent training and the realization of the practical teaching.Implementation process of blended learning asks for the uniform planning and management of the school, detailed analysis on the course and the students, and also comprehensive arrangement of the teaching. In order to mobilize the students on the initiative, enthusiasm and creativity of the learning process, improve the practice ability.
