Research On Schemas Of Digital Teaching Resources Sharing Among Colleges And Universities

In recent years, digital teaching resources sharing among colleges and universities is becoming one of the problems which are concerned widely. By means of sharing resources, we can realize optimal allocation of digital educational resources, balance the distribution of resources among colleges and universities, narrow the resources gap between the rich and the poor, maximize the utilization rate of resources, provide more quality resources for university teachers and students, and meet the users'increasingly variegated requirements on resources to the greatest extent. However, as the restraints of long-held traditional ideas and administrative system and other reasons, the goal of digital educational resources sharing among colleges and universities hasn't be achieved yet in our country. There are still many problems and obstacles in the course of resources construction and sharing.The scientific research depend on the issue of"Research on development and application of digital educational resources based on network", which is the education sectors as the national education and science of"11th Five-Years Plan". Research on schemas of digital teaching resources sharing among colleges and universities based on network is one of the issues. Based on reference to a large amount of literatures, this research made detailed analysis about the sharing information of the current digital teaching resources. Through the questionnaire survey and interview, learning about application and sharing of our digital teaching resources, and giving a comparative analysis about the relevant data. According the theory and practice, the sharing models for diversification are built from different angles, and used in the subsequent model building. Based on the analysis of the three kind of resource shared control pattern, a concentrated-distributes resources sharing model which apply to the heterogeneous and distributes environment. The article drawa on the experience of resources shared running among the modern manufacturing enterprises, put forth concentrated-distributed resourced sharing model based on the third party, and build this model. Finally, some sharing strategies are put forward for promoting digital teaching resources to sharing and a variety of ways are provided to arouse the enthusiasm of the teachers participate in resource shared according indicated analysis and research and a sharing platform is built according to the sharing model. These solutions are expected to provide some references for our digital teaching resources sharing among college and university.
