The paper will use the historical textbook of the People's Education Edition of the Chinese mainland and the history textbook of "Three Peoples Edition" of the Taiwan region as the main body.We will select and analyze several major and far-reaching historical events that occurred in the late Qing Dynasty between China and the powers.The paper mainly uses literature analysis methods,comparative research methods,and other research methods to compare the content of the first Opium War in the textbooks,the Second Opium War,the Sino-Japanese War of the Sino-Japanese War of the Sino-Japanese War,and the eight-nation allied war of aggression against China(hereinafter referred to as the "War of the Late Qing Dynasty").Discuss the differences between the two versions of textbooks and hope to provide some suggestions for the compilation and development of high school history textbooks in China.The paper discusses the following four aspects:The first part is the preface part.The paper discusses the characteristics and background of the mainland textbooks and Taiwan's writing,and elaborates on the comprehensive study of Taiwanese textbooks,the genre writing and writing features on both sides of the Taiwan Strait,and the comparative research status of the same topics.The method used in the dissertation is briefly described.Finally,the innovation point of the dissertation and the significance of the dissertation research are summarized.The second part is a comparative study of the text content of the "War of the Late Qing Dynasty" in the two versions of textbooks.The paper first summarizes the knowledge points involved in the “four wars in the late Qing Dynasty” in the two versions of textbooks,and then analyzes whether the texts are based on the requirements of the curriculum standards,the choice of the contents of the texts,the content and manner of the statements,and the emotions.In comparison,the final analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the two textbooks.The third part is a comparative analysis of the auxiliary content of the "War of the Late Qing Dynasty" in the two versions of textbooks.Firstly,the types and quantities of auxiliary parts of texts in the two versions of textbooks are analyzed,and the contents ofthe two versions of textbooks are listed.Then,the selection of historical pictures,the contents of the annotations,and the setting of the exercises after class are performed in the text.After comparing and analyzing,we analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the two in the auxiliary part of the text.The fourth part is the proposal to compile the contents of the "War of the Late Qing Dynasty." The thesis combines the text content of the two versions of textbooks,the comparison of the text auxiliary system,and the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the two.The relationship between the processing of curriculum standards and the content selection of textbooks,and the preparation of the war in the late Qing Dynasty should reflect the characteristics of the times and the war in the late Qing Dynasty.The preparation of the book is in line with the juvenile's physical and mental development law,the relationship between handling ideas and historical data,and making full use of the auxiliary columns and other aspects to propose suggestions for the preparation of the“War of the Late Qing Dynasty”.
