Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools is not only a new thing in thefield of education since China’s reform and opening up, but also a great explorationin international strategies for Chinese education. From its emergence to now,Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools has gone for several decades. On thewhole, the quantity of schools has greatly increased from coastal regions to themiddle western regions. What’s more, the level of school-running has been improveand the cooperation ways are enriched, which embodies the advantages andprospects of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools. However, we can alsosee some problems about Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools, such asthe low level and repetition of running school, blindness and irregulation from someinstitutions responsible for Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools. at thesame time it also brings some negative effects of higher education in china.Therefore, not only are the quality and reputation of Chinese-foreign cooperation inrunning schools destroyed and the healthy development hindered, but also somenegative effect are brought about to Chinese higher education.In this paper, the author introduces the basic theory of project management,management application and the present situation of Chinese foreign cooperation inrunning schools in China and Jiangxi College of Foreign Studies where the author isworking. In combination of her working experience in recent years, the authorintends to put the theory of project management into management practice ofChinese-foreign cooperation in running schools in order to optimize the educationalsystem, improve their management function of both sides and enhance theconstruction of teaching staff. As a result, the mode of Chinese-Korea cooperation inrunning schools will be widened and the advantages of running schools for differentmajors will also be strengthened. As for the questions above, the author has made adeep analysis and exploration on the basis of other’s research. Finally, the author hasalso put forward some targeted suggestions and strategies to solve some practicalproblems in the Chinese-Korea teaching.
