At the background of economic globalization and internationalization of higher education, countries all over the world actively conduct exchanges and cooperation. Meanwhile, with the deepening of China's educational system and the rapid development of cultural exchanges between China and another country, China's education market gradually presents a pattern of opening up and higher education has been pushed into the international arena, participates in the global allocation of educational resources. Affected by the trend of international cooperation in education, Joint projects are quietly rising in the tertiary institutions, and this kind of cooperation attracts more and more attention from all the walks of the society.Sino-foreign Cooperation in higher education suits the current requirements of higher education and is an important form to strengthen international exchanges and cooperation in education. As an effective supplement form of higher education, it plays an important role in satisfying the variety of high education's needs and improving the quality of personnel training.Besides it has also become a new way to accelerate the training of qualified personnel needed by socialist modernization. In recent years, with Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools in China developing rapidly, the scale of school gradually expanding, the level improved, and the mode becoming increasingly diverse, there have been a number of high quality, distinctive, popular Chinese-foreign cooperative education institutions or projects. However, with the deepening of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools, many new problems appears.For example, the management of foreign students in the effectiveness of cooperative education is not satisfactory, which includes the lack of proper understanding of educational management by Chinese and Foreign Cooperative Education students, the lack of overall planning and organization and guidance; the student management increasingly general, personality not obvious; the defects of a lack of systematic, ideological guidance inherited; the lack of the negative effects of network research and so on.. The above problems have seriously affected and restricted the sound development of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools.In this paper, Psychological Characteristics of Students under the form of Joint, student educational management problems and challenges, other factors affecting the management, are analyze.This paper also points that the current Sino-foreign cooperative education student management focus lies in how the innovation of education management models, how to improve management team building, how ideological and political education, how to build campus culture platform,and how to build a mental health education model. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, this paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter analyzes the student management work in Sino-foreign Cooperation in Running school. The second chapter is about the innovation in students management building models including:establishing a scientific, perfect counselor management system; forming efficient functioning of the student cadres; building Student Party and student committee system. ChapterⅢemphasizes ideological and political education, targeted and effective. The fourth chapter is about constantly improving mental health education system and long-term mechanism. ChapterⅤtells an innovative platform for campus culture. ChapterⅥanalyzes the education and management of the students under the context of internet..
