The development of Chinese-foreign cooperation of higher education in Yunnan province has been on a scale since the beginning of 2002.Because Yunnan province makes full use of the geographical advantage of neighboring southeast Asian countries,it has formed a unique development characteristic that combines"going out" and "bringing in”.However,compared with developed regions,there is still a large gap whether in scale,structure or quality.Promoted by the "One Belt And One Road" strategy,Yunnan province like other provinces and cities in China faces both opportunities and challenges.Therefore,to ensure the healthy development of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools in Yunnan,it is imperative to study it.Based on the theories of management and economics and used literature review,questionnaire survey and interview survey,this study analyzed the present situation of Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools in Yunnan province.This paper analyzed the problems in the course of Chinese-foreign cooperative education in Yunnan province,and puts forward some countermeasures.This article mainly includes the following parts:The first part is an overview of the basic connotation and related theories.This paper elaborates the basic connotation and classification of Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run school and education resources,and principal-agent theory.The second part is the history of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools and the policy comb.In this paper,we review the historical process of the Chinese-foreign cooperative education in China.And points out that the Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools can strengthen education exchanges,introduce high quality education resources,optimize the structure of teachers in colleges and universities,talent cultivation and development of colleges anduniversities to internationalization,promote the education reform,and other important significance.At the same time,It elaborate the international policy background and domestic policy and regulationsThe third part analyzes the present situation and existing problems of Chinese-foreign cooperative education in higher education in Yunnan province.First of all,from the scale,the mode,the structure,the management system of universities,we know the present situation.Second,identify existing problems.From the external environment,there are problems such as the conflict of concept of education policy at home and abroad,the delay of the policy and regulations in practice,lack of effective quality assurance system and sufficient funds for running schools.From universities themselves,they are lack of international consciousness,international teachers and international curriculum system,,high quality students.colleges and universities internal quality assessment main body and the way of a single,result feedback in time.In addition,the internal quality assessment subjects and methods of these universities are single,and the feedback is not timely.The fourth part puts forward some Suggestions for promoting the development of Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools from the government,universities and society.We claim Yunnan province must be around "for south southeast Asia radiation center" target,insist on its own characteristics,set up an universities,share successful experience,expand the scale,and focus on developing border universities.We should actively serve the "One Belt And One Road" strategy,and use the "bangladesh-myanmar economic corridor" and "lancang-mekong cooperation mechanism" to enhance exchanges with various sectors of the community.Colleges and universities should also take the initiative to change their ideas,improve their own level of education and international level,and actively invest in Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools.
