The high school mathematics curriculum is one of the most impotent curriculum that developing the students mathematical knowledge structure、promoting both mathematical knowledge and skills, it is also a key linked the mathematics that learning at high school and the higher Mathematical education, another way it is the connecting link at both the basic knowledge learning and the skills promoting. The Mathematic textbooks as the main form of the math curriculum design and the presentation of the curriculum content not only can provide a variety of learning methods、learning strategies and many exercise materials for the students, but also provide basis for the teachers about "teaching what "、" how to teach "as well as " if his lessons is good and scientific".The study which based on the theories using qualitative research and quantitative research methods and starting with the theoretically constructed of the "math curriculum design and content presentation system which based on the information technology and students’ learning",theoretical system include " curriculum goals design "、"curriculum design and the principles of the content presentation "and "the course classification ", we will descript the "curriculum goals" from four aspects:first the "knowledge and skills", second "mathematical thinking",third "problem solving" and the last "the education"; and descript "the course design and content presentation principles" from three perspectives:the mathematics education perspective、students learn perspective and the IT perspective. To ensure our study’s reliability, we will solicit the mathematics education experts’opinion about our research using Te Field method after constructing the theoretical system of the mathematics curriculum’s "goal"、"principle" and "classified" and then analyzing their recognition about our assume using the statistical software SPSS Statistics18.0drawing the conclusions according to the analysis, last design the mathematics curriculum.About the curriculum goals we get13specific objectives from four target level: knowledge and skills、mathematical thinking、problem solving and the students’ education; and get draw nine specific principles about the "curriculum design and the principles of the content presentation " from three perspectives:mathematics education、student learning and information technology; the mathematics curriculum is divided into two kind:ordinary high school mathematics curriculum and the expand mathematics programs. Finally, we think designing mathematics curriculum lies in:(1) information technology merge in all aspects of the curriculum design and presentation;(2) Using information technology at right time;(3) to enhance IT literacy as math curriculum goals;(4) curriculum design focused on procedural goals and the generative goals;(5) the IT both assisting the mathematics curriculum design and promoting the curriculum goals to acheieve.
