The development of the times, the protection of the rights of the disabled has become an important symbol of social civilization degree of a country and region, the right to education is particularly important for the disabled. The United States of America as a special education started early, rapid development of the country, the higher level of special education, special education teachers requirements are very strict, and has formed a special education teacher training system more perfect before. On the basis of a lot of Chinese and foreign literature, the development of culture of the United States of America Special Education pre-service teacher as a starting point which is divided into three stages:the first stage, the initial stage of growth and development stage, and summarized characteristics of each historical stage.In the study of the American special education pre-service teacher training, the specific analysis of the main comprehensive system from the training standards and requirements, curriculum, teaching practice and evaluation of content and form, thus the culture system with a more in-depth, detailed understanding of it.In addition, through carries on the summary to the characteristics of American special education pre-service teacher training, and grasp the overall development trend.Although our country special education pre-service teacher education has made some achievements, but still in the early stages of development, and learn from the successful experience on developing special education pre-service teacher in the United States, have a positive significance for the training of special education teachers in China.
