Research Of Situation,Problem And Countermeasures About Present Teachers And Students Relationship

Teachers and students are the two most basic elements during the teaching and educatingprocess. The teachers and students relationship, which emerges in teaching activities, is the mostimportant interpersonal relationship in school, and has an important influence oneducation,teaching, students’ physical and mental development and the career development ofthe teachers. T-S relationship has always been the focus of education research. According to theexisting studies, the results of researches about the S-T relationship is quite rich. However, theresearches about S-T relationships of universities are still quite scarce. Under the background ofbuilding harmonious society, university as an organic part of the society, should be Chinesecharacteristics, new, and harmonious. So, the teachers students relationship of universities shouldalso be Chinese characteristics, new, and harmonious.The study consists of six parts. The first part is introduction. It introduces the researchbackground, research methods and ideas, the structure arrangement of this study, and theresearch significance. The second part mainly explores the theoretical basis of constructing anew type of teacher-student relationship. The third part is on the basis of the analysis ofinvestigation. Through the analysis of the current situation of the S-T relationship in ShenyangNormal University, the writer gets the conclusion of the current university S-T relationship. Thefourth part talks about the reasons why the relationship between university teachers and studentsbecomes indifferent, utilitarian and worsening. The fifth part is about how to construct anew-type S-T relationship of universities, and the necessity of constructing it. Teachers andstudents play a leading role in the development of good S-T relationship. Universities andcolleges provide activity room for them. So, universities have a direct or indirect effect onteachers and students all the time,either. We can also not ignore the influence of socialAwareness and technology. Therefore, constructing the new-type S-T relationship of universitiesnot mainly depends on the concerted efforts of teachers and students, but also needs the supportfrom school and the support of advanced thoughts and technology. The sixth part is theconclusion of this study.
