| With the rapid development of economy and society,traditional human resource management is difficult to adapt to the current high competitive situation.How to ensure the most efficient allocation of human resources at the lowest cost is an important issue in human resource management.The concept of Human Resource Outsourcing(HRO)emerged as the times require,and then it was rapidly welcomed by major companies.As a professional organization of HRO,HRO’s development has a great relationship with the company’s benign understanding of the concept.K Human Resource Outsourcing Company(hereinafter referred to as K Company)was established in April 1998.Its main services include personnel recruitment,vocational training,human resources consultation,labor dispatch and personnel agency.At present,the company’s problems are: lack of strategic thinking of the company’s leadership;low overall quality of personnel,serious brain drain;poor team cohesion,lack of corporate culture;unstable customer base,lack of core competitive advantage.Based on the analysis of PEST and SWOT models,this paper puts forward the development strategy and safeguard measures to make K Human Resource Outsourcing Company gain competitive advantage in the fierce competition.Through studying the current situation at home and abroad and the related theories,this paper draws the influence of political,economic,social and technological environmental factors on the development of K Company through PEST model analysis of the macro-environment of K Company,lists the favorable and unfavorable factors,and analyses the development opportunities and challenges.Then,according to the analysis of the main business indicators of K Company in 2018,the Boston Matrix Model is established to divide the current business of K Company,which provides the basis for the subsequent confirmation of core business.Finally,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the four development strategies of SWOT model.According to the guiding ideology of K Company’s development strategy,specific strategic plans are formulated,and safeguards for the implementation of the plans are put forward. |
